A Life Changing Book - Rated A few years back I borrowed Gary Chapmans' book "The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate" from a friend. It impacted my life so much, even though I was single at the time and the book is aimed at married couples, that when I saw a book had come out for singles I bought it. The reason this book will impact your life is because it not only explains how to improve all relationships, from family, to friends and co-workers, but also gives you a deeper understanding of your own behaviour within relationships. Ever wondered why you feel so hurt by your friends actions towards you? Ever felt one or both of your parents didn't love you? Could you believe that it has to do with how you feel loved? There are five ways love can be expressed, Quality Time, Acts of Service, Gifts, Words of Affirmation and Physical Touch. One of these expressions of love is your primary love language. Figure out what your primary love language is and gain a greater understanding of yourself and your reactions. Work out the primary love language of people around you and see your relationships improve once you start expressing love in their primary love language. This book will help you do just that. I know, because it worked for me.
