Boxers delight - Rated A good book for people getting into the sport or already have prior knowledge. Contains info and pictures on all the standard punches, blocks, slips, bob and weaves etc. Whats really good about it is that it gives small tips on flow techniques that you could do with a partner. If you're an expert, you probably wouldnt find this book usefull, but for the intermediate boxers out there, this is a great catch for the price
