A very useful book. For those if us who dread stopping at MWSAs (high costs, low quality) then this will be a great help. We've used it a number of times on our holiday journeys and have visited places that we would not normally have done, as well as found some really great places to eat in better surroundings than next to a Motorway. Downside is that it can get out of date as places change or close down, so if possible call ahead first to check they are still open (hands free of course ;)).
