Brilliant Book - Rated 
I read this book before i did my regression training with Andy Tomlinson himself, and i found it to cover all aspects of regression therapy with huge amounts of information and wonderful stories of real life clients that Andy has helped. If you want to find out about Past Life Regression this is definately the book you need to read.

As a hypnotherapist, this book gave me a real "Eureka" moment when I read about the body work involved and past frozen body memories. I immediately decided to train with Andy after attending a one day seminar, which was very useful to get the feel of how he works. He is very generous with his time, as well as sharing knowledge in his books,and is a very centred, grounded teacher who has seen all our human dramas before, without getting affected himself. He has also synthesised and incorporated other leading regressionists' work into a system that is very logical and clear to learn, and he encourages you as a therapist to work in a very intuitive and compassionate way. The spirit release learning gives you the confidence to tackle anything else that might be trapped in a client's aura or body, without being afraid, and any unwanted presences are simply sent on their way with compassion and understanding. Andy teaches the fine balance between involving yourself with your clients' dramas, and aligning yourself with their reality, without getting affected yourself, as you are encouraged to release your own past unresolved business. Highly recommended for the therapist who wants to learn this process, and also for people interested to read about the process.
Cycles in life eternal - Rated
If you have any interest in regression, past lives and body memory then here is a wonderful book to help you discover more about the techniques for doing so. Case studies are shared to help you understand how lives can feel freer and happier because past life expereinces have been acknowledged and laid to rest. Carrying baggage over into this life time can at times hinders our joy, friendships, relationships, health and confidence in this world. Get to grips with who and what you once were so that you can get on with living this one to the fullest. A great book.

A profoundly inspirational book written from the heart with love and intelligence. This is clearly a talented man who knows his subject. I found the book a joy to read and have widely reccomended it to my students. I learned so much from this read. Andy Tomlinson has been generous with his knowledge. A superb book. Buy it.
Excellent for Professionals and public - Rated
This book is a brilliant resource for hypnotherapists and gives insight to those who have yet to experience past life regression and regression therapy. I was so impressed I am training with Andy. Like me, therapists may prefer their own induction scripts, although Andy's are excellent for those wishing to practise in their early training days. Andy's methods and writing style are ethical without being overtly idealogical or dogmatic. Case studies illustrate and elucidate techniques beautifully so that any therapist can follow the methods easily. It is thorough and easy to read; I cannot rate this book highly enough.
