How Hard is Ricky Hatton - Rated 5/5
Anyone who wants to know why boxers are the ultimate athletes should read this book. Amongst all the charity dos, after dinner speeches, TV appearances and general messing about with his mates - all of which are a big part of Ricky Hatton's life and are shown in the fly-on-the-wall book - the Hitman gets down to some serious training which would make lesser mortals collapse just to read it. I've read lots of books on boxers. This is undoubtably the best by a long way. The pictures are fantastic especially the round-by-round fight pics and the pre- and post-fight dressing room pics which give a real sense of the tension that Ricky and his team must feel before a match and the relief after.

At Last a Sports Book with a Difference: Great Images and high quality production - Rated 5/5
At last a book on a sporting hero - Ricky Hatton - that actually tells you something about the man and his life. Superb photography and down to earth, sometimes humorous, writing in a diary format gives a true to life focus on the Hitman's life and his preparation for a mighty battle against Luis Collazo. Great stuff. If only all sports books could be produced like this.
