Oh how I laughed!! - Rated My partner is a fanatical dog person (we have three)& I bought this book for her as a stocking filler last Xmas, she is still to have the pleasure of reading it, but I had to read a chapter or two....just to see what it was like? Once I started I was hooked, I laughed out loud & had tears running down my face, I can relate to so many of the funny instances in this dogs life.......fantastically funny! Dog lover or not this will really bring a smile to your face. Funny, even if you are a cat lover! - Rated This book made me laugh out loud on a few occations. I wouldn't have minded, but as I was reading it when I was supposed to be working I got a few odd looks from my boss! I am not a dog lover, but bought this book on a friends recommendation, but quickly found myself loving Blake. The author states that most of Blake's antics came from true life experiences with his own dogs. I wonder if that includes the incident with the neighbour's "Thingie"? Wonderful, humorous book - Rated This little delight was something I perused in the book store and bought as a gift for a relative. I ended up reading it myself and buying eight more to give as Christmas gifts. It's charming and hysterically funny. I laughed so hard in bed reading it that I'd wake my husband.
